![]() ![]() ![]() I attempted various methods of opening Cubase / Reason both individually and in combination. Reason wouldn't open and displayed a variety of error messages. I then opened Cubase and attempted to open Reason. I then closed Reason and created an empty folder on my audio drive with which to copy the Reason song to (with the intention of creating a Cubase project in the same folder). I opened the song in reason (directly from the USB stick.oops) and had a listen. One day, a guy came round with a Reason song he wished me to collaborate on, which he'd saved to a USB stick. ![]() I had successfully been using Reason synced to Cubase via Rewire for many years over various versions of both programs without so much as a glitch. ![]() This appears to be the perfect complementary solution to the workaround I discovered.
